Aryan Khan who is now out on bail in the drug case has marked his presence at the NCB office on Friday. He was granted bail by the Bombay High Court and he stepped out of jail on October 30. There was a condition in his bail that he has to mark attendance at the NCB office in South Mumbai every Friday. As he made his way to the NCB office, the shutterbugs present nearby were quick to snap him in their cameras.
On Friday afternoon, Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan was snapped arriving at the office. The star kid was snapped wearing a designer tracksuit, he was seen stepping out of his car in an all-black tracksuit. Aryan’s friend Arbaaz Seth Merchant who was also one of the accused in the cruise ship drug case marked his attendance at the agency office.
Speaking more of it, Aryan Khan has spent 25 days in jail after he was arrested in a drugs raid on a cruise ship by NCB officials. He was later granted bail by the Bombay High Court, by October end. He was allowed to walk free on October 30, on a personal bond of Rs 1 lakh paid by his father SRK’s close friend Juhi Chawla.
In the five-page order, the High Court had also listed 14 conditions for Aryan Khan’s bail, including his weekly attendance at the NCB’s office every Friday between 11 am-2 pm. The star kid is also asked not to leave the city without informing the acknowledgment of police. Other conditions also include not participating in any similar activities in the future, he is also asked not to keep any contact with the other accused in the case.
Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha’s bail order’s full version by Justice Nitin Sambre was published recently on November 20. It is stated that there was no evidence to prove that the trio was involved in a criminal conspiracy with other accused persons in the case to commit offenses under the Narcotics, Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act. The court had also mentioned after going through the Whatsapp chats extracted from Aryan Khan’s phone nothing objectionable could be noticed.
