Ayushmann Khurrana Strives For The Future Of Helpless Children; Says They Are Endangering Their Health

Ayushmann Khurrana, a youth idol and Bollywood star, was recently named UNICEF’s Celebrity Advocate for their worldwide campaign EVAC (Ending Violence Against Children). The actor discloses that the health disaster that occurred during the pandemic has now morphed into an urgent humanitarian and child rights issue in honour of World Children’s Day, also known as Child Rights Day. He has promised to strive tirelessly for their rights.

Everyone has witnessed how the pandemic, which began as a health issue, has evolved into a suppression and child rights disaster, according to the actor. Children are affected in a variety of ways, both directly and indirectly, including physical and mental health, learning, social connections, and nutrition. Many people also lost their parents. All have children who are not only going through an emotional ordeal, but are also at risk of being neglected, abused, or exploited. On this World Children’s Day, everyone should commit to giving something back to all children whose childhoods and futures have been touched by the pandemic. Ayushmann also offered some comments, stating that UNICEF fights for the rights of all children, wherever. These rights are intertwined; for example, children can only attend school on a regular basis if they are healthy. Only by attending school would a youngster be able to avoid child labour or child marriage. They are also inseparable: a child’s right to education is insufficient if he or she does not have the right to protection. Possessing access to health care but not to nourishment is another example.
