I was addicted to drink to the extent where I had to avoid nights out because I was afraid I wouldn’t even be able to handle myself.” She went on to say, “I no longer feel the desire to drink since I know how it will impact me at three a.m. when I rise up with terrible anxiety remembering the one sentence I said five years ago when I finished high school.

Her confession comes after she made remarks about enduring “excruciating” agony during “bouts of depression.”
In a message posted with her 48 million Instagram followers last year, she finally opened to fans regarding having undergone “breakdowns and burnouts.”

She featured pictures of herself in emotional responses in a November post, particularly one in which floods streamed down her cheeks. The award-winning model admitted at the moment that she has “good days” when she isn’t miserable and has less stress, but that she may also feel “the total opposite” the next day.
