Bigg Boss 15: Evicted Contestant Simba Nagpal Opens Up About Calling Umar Riaz An ‘Aatankvaadi’; Says, ‘I Dont Remember It’

Simba Nagpal won a lot of hearts post his stint in the controversial reality show, Bigg Boss 15. The actor not just impressed his fans, but also developed a soft corner in host Salman Khan’s heart, who was often seen praising him and his calm nature. Well, sometime back during a task, Simba Nagpal was seen getting into a physical tussle with fellow contestant Umar Riaz. Simba also went ahead to push Umar into the pool in a fit of rage. Post this, netizens were seen blasting the actor after a clip of Simba Nagpal calling Umar Riaz an “Aatankvaadi” started doing rounds on the internet.

Simba Nagpal, who was recently evicted from the Bigg Boss 15 house by his fellow contestants was quizzed on this statement passed by him. Replying to this, the actor went ahead to state that he does not recall calling Umar a terrorist. Simba further added that if in any case, he must have addressed Umar with that word, it would have been in context with his violent nature and nothing else. The actor also went ahead to clarify that giving it a religious angle is foolish and immature.

Simba told a leading portal that he doesn’t remember that. She further said that if Umar felt that he didn’t tell him that, then it was about his actions – he would get physical and hurt people. But if people connected that to religion then it is their immaturity and foolishness. However, Simba doesn’t remember calling aatankwadi Umar.

The actor also spoke about his physical tussle with Umar and pushing him in the pool. Simba clarified saying that Umar was a good friend of the actor and he was well aware of his weakness that is, his mother. He further added that it was because Umar abused him on his mother that he lost his calm and that anybody would have done the same thing. Simba also said he is talking about pushing him in the pool and it wasn’t intentional. He has always considered him a friend and had discussed with him that my only weak point is his mother and if anyone says anything against her then he would lose his calm. Despite knowing that when he abused his mother, his reaction was natural as he thinks anyone cannot hear anything against their mother.
