Also getting loads of love from her fans lately post her memorable stint in Bigg Boss 15, in an exclusive interview with us, Donal Bisht talks about her exciting plans of ringing in Diwali this year.
When asked about what are her fondest childhood memories related to the festival of lights Diwali, Donal said, “I believe every Diwali has been very special for me. I hold this occasion close to my heart and I look forward to it each year. Everything from the gleaming lights in the city to the delicious sweets painstakingly made by family members together, it all feels so very special”.
She also adds, “I always enjoyed sur-suri and decking up for Diwali. I love to dress up, and I like how during Diwali everyone goes that extra mile to look their best”.
Talking about her plans this year to celebrate Diwali, Donal Bisht stated, “I always spend my Diwali with my family. No matter where I am, I make sure I fly down to my home in Delhi to spend time with my family. This time too, I flew here to Delhi to celebrate Diwali with my family, and it’s always a great time!”.

When asked about her take on fans showering her with so much love on social media, what is your special Diwali wish for them on this Donal shares, “My wish for my fans would be to stay positive and strong during all situations. That’s something I’m sure one must have witnessed through my journey in the Bigg Boss house”.
When questioned about how would she explain in just a few words that what does Diwali means to her, Donal said, “Diwali to me means to spend time with loved ones in gratitude and to spread happiness through lights”.
Lastly, talking about how has the pandemic changed the way of celebrating Diwali, Donal signs off by saying, “As I mentioned earlier, I ensure I am with my family during Diwali. So, even during the pandemic, I made sure I made it to home to spend my Diwali with my family”.
