Ganesh Visarjan 2021: Shah Rukh Khan Bids Adieu To The Ganpati Idol, Sends Warm Wishes For Fans, ‘Until We See Him Again Next Year’

Bollywood Badshah, Shah Rukh Khan, celebrated the holy festival of Ganesh Chaturthi with his family in full swing. Yesterday was Anant Chaturdashi, the last day of the celebration. Everyone performed the visarjan rituals of Lord Ganesha and said goodbye to the deity with a heavy heart. Late yesterday, Bollywood Badshah took to his Instagram account and shared a gorgeous picture of Ganesha idol. He dropped the post ahead of the visarjan. 

Shah Rukh Khan shared a photo of the Ganesha idol, and wrote, “May Lord Ganesha’s blessings remain with all of us until we see him again next year… Ganpati Bappa Morya!!!” On the account of Anant Chaturdashi, the Bollywood King wished his fans and sought blessings from the deity. He even promised Lord Ganesha to welcome him next year too.

The actor last year also celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi along with his family. He shared a monochrome picture with a red tika on his forehead. He captioned his post as, “Prayers and visarjan done… This #GaneshChaturthi, may Lord Ganesha bestow upon you and your loved ones, blessings and happiness… Ganpati Bappa Morya!”

Shah Rukh Khan has been shooting for his comeback film Pathan. It is an action-thriller film, starring Deepika Padukone and John Abraham along with Shah Rukh Khan. Reportedly, SRK and Deepika Padukone will be shooting a song in Spain for the upcoming film Pathan. The film is directed by filmmaker Siddharth Anand and it is yet to be officially announced. Shah Rukh Khan is shooting for Atlee’s next in Pune. It also stars Nayanthara, Priyamani, and Rana Daggubatti among others. The film will feature SRK in a complex role according to a leading daily. On the other hand, Nayanthara plays the female lead, Rana Daggubati is likely to play the protagonist.

Apart from this, Shah Rukh Khan also co-produced Darlings along with Alia Bhatt. The film marks Alia’s debut as a film producer. The versatile actor is also producing a film titled Bob Biswas. The film stars Abhishek Bachchan in the lead role.
