Is Karan Johar The Reason Why Janhvi Kapoor Had to Leave Her Talent Agency?
వినోదంJanhvi Kapoor has reportedly left her previous talent agency Matrix; to join Karan Johar’s DCA. As per reports
Earlier this year, a fallout with his manager Reshma Shetty ended up in a more significant development for Karan Johar. The eminent filmmaker decided to launch his own talent management agency along with Cornerstone and called it Dharma Cornerstone Agency.
Dharma reportedly asked most of their talents to leave Matrix and join DCA. And while Ananya Panday quickly left her previous agency Kwan Talent Management and joined the DCA bandwagon, we hear Janhvi Kapoor is following suit too.
While Salman Khan too began his agency United Being Talent after his big showdown with Matrix founder Reshma Shetty, that plan didn’t quite work in his favor. But eventually, Karan changed the game and is now getting all his contacts under one roof. Janhvi recently bid farewell to Matrix, and while she was ready to shift her manager to DCA, the latter didn’t want to quit Matrix. While she is already out of Matrix, she will soon join the DCA list. The same team already represents her cousin Shanaya Kapoor.
Meanwhile, Janhvi already has previous work commitments and will continue under Matrix unless and until their tenures are complete. DCA is supposed to take complete control post that.
Janhvi marked a successful debut with Dhadak alongside Ishaan Khatter. The actress is slowly advancing to the top with her great film choices. So far, Janhvi has impressed the audience with her versatility, acting, and performance.
In a career span of four years, the actress has proved herself to hold a wide acting range as she has successfully performed challenging roles. She will next star in Dostana 2, where she shares the screen space with Lakshya Lalwani. The actress also has ‘Good Luck Jerry’, Karan Johar’s Takht in her list of to-dos.
