Kamli Ishq Di deals with dreams, aspirations, betrayal, and love. Deshveer (Jashn Kohli) fights with new challenges every day, but the biggest challenge is handling an aunt like Lalli (Kavita Sharma). After Deshveer, Mahi (Shehnaz Saher), Lucky (Mehakdeep Singh) and Preeto (Kamalpreet Nazm), Lalli is the most interesting character to be discussed. 1. The one who can’t see you happy

If you topped your exams or got a promotion at work, there will still be a person who makes you feel bad about it. There might be someone, who can’t see your happiness? That’s it… that’s the Lalli in your circle. Lalli just can’t bear to see her nephew Deshveer happy and she literally casts an evil eye (buri nazar) on Deshveer.

2. When you see that insulting is in the person’s nature

Aacha karo ya bura, agar aapko koi insult karta rahe toh samaj jayega ki it’s just the other person’s nature. There are people who point out your mistakes so that you can do better. Then there are people like Lalli who just want to demean others because that’s part of their personality. If Deshveer gets a job, she insults him; if he’s fired from a job, she mocks him. If Deshveer tries to chase his dreams, Lalli hits him with her poisonous taunts. As we said, Lalli can’t see Deshveer happy, so she finds reasons to insult him. Lalli insults her husband Sukhdev, and Mahi too. So, demeaning someone is in Lalli’s nature. If you know any such person… stay miles away from them!

3. If the person is a big miser 

Lalli is a big-time kanjoos, and in fact, she does a lot of chindigiri. She keeps taunting Deshveer about the grocery shopping, but steals a packet of almonds from Mahi’s store and few cosmetics from Neelam’s salon herself! Jo paise inke hai hi nahi, woh bhi lene ke liye tyaar ho jaati hai auntyji. 4.  The snatcher

The worst thing we can do to anyone is if we snatch away other’s things, try to possess what isn’t ours, and create chaos in their lives. Kisi ka haq maarna gunaah hai but Lalli is an expert at it. Lalli keeps Deshveer mother’s jewellery with her, and she takes over Preeto’s property. Lalli only knows to keep herself happy, she’s doesn’t care about others and their happiness. So next time, when you see that a person is trying to create even a minor problem in other’s life, remember you can be the next.
