Neeyum Njanum 26 July 2022 Written Update : Raghu Varman Praises Sreelakshmi

In the previous episode of Neeyum Njanum, Rajaram expresses his doubt to Ravi Varman about Sreelakshmi’s behavioural change. He tells Ravi that he feels that Sreelakshmi has changed or is trying to change into Rajanandini. He says there is a connection between Rajanandini and Sreelakshmi. Sreelakshmi wants to enter the secret room. She distracts Rekha by saying that she is going out and can get the repaired phone back to her from the shop, to which Rekha says she will do it on her own. While Rekha is out, Sreelakshmi enters the secret room and for the first time in her proper senses sees Rajanandini’s picture, she is elated to realise that she is the rebirth of Rajanandini, to take forward the legacy of Ravi Varman and Rajanandini’s love story. She comes out of the room and Rekha spots her but pretends that she hasn’t seen Sreelakshmi.

In the next episode of Neeyum Njanum, Rekha spots Sreelakshmi coming out of the secret room. Sreelakshmi walks into her bedroom and picks up the diary and continues to read. She goes on to read what Rajanandini has to say. Rajanandini warns her to beware of the people around her. She goes on to say that it was only just before her death that she realised that not everybody who smiles and claims to love you sincerely are genuine. She asks Sreelakshmi to be on guard at all times.

She says that Gayathriamma is her most beloved after Ravi Varman. She tells her that Gayathriamma was the one who showed her what it is really to be a mother. She then says that the second person in their life was Rajaram. He was against Ravi and Rajanandini’s wedding for reasons unclear. And that after marriage he accepted her into their folds and was part of their joys and sorrows alike. Thirdly, she tells about Raghu Varman. As a child, he used to like a delicacy fondly made by Rajanandini for him. He used to address her as Nandiniamma and shower her with love.

Sreelakshmi goes downstairs. Gayathriamma and Balamma are discussing something while Sreelakshmi interrupts and calls out to Gayathriamma, embraces her, and cries. She tells Gayathriamma that she is not Sreelakshmi, but instead her Rajanandini. Ravi Varman, Rajaram, and Raghu Varman come home seeing Sreelakshmi and Gayathriamma converse.

Everyone sits to have dinner. Rajaram tells Gayathriamma that he already had food which is why he wouldn’t be joining them. As Raghu Varman prepares to get up after dinner, Sreelakshmi asks him to wait and gets him the delicacy Rajanandini used to make for him. All are taken by surprise by this gesture by Sreelakshmi. She reminds Raghu Varman that this used to be his favourite dish as a child. Upon tasting it Raghu Varman praises it and says that somehow he can’t recollect who made it for him back then. He also tells Sreelakshmi that hereafter she will also not address him as ‘Raghu Sir’, but instead as only Raghu, which Sreelakshmi gladly does. He also addresses her as ‘Ettathiamma’.

Once in their room, Sreelakshmi is very excited to see Ravi Varman. Ravi asks her if there is some problem and that he can’t understand her behaviour at certain times. He tells her that this behavioural change should not hurt anyone at any cost. Sreelakshmi asks him if her showering love over Gayathriamma or addressing Raghu Varman by name angered Ravi Varman, to which he says none of it has bothered him and that she could call him too by name. She fondly does so and thanks him.
