What is Shilpa Shinde up to these days?

Shilpa Shinde had won the Bigg Boss 11 trophy in 2018. Since then, the Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hai actor was not seen on Television for a long time. In 2019, Shilpa Shinde made her debut in Marathi television with a cameo. She was seen in the Marathi show Chhatriwali where she performed in a pink Maharashtrian saree. She shook her leg to  Mala Jau De from Ferrari Ki Sawaari.

However, she disappeared from television and was seen in 2020 straight, in the show Gangs of Filmistan along with other comedians such as Sunil Grover, Sugandha Mishra and Sanket Bhosale.  Shilpa Shinde gained popularity because of this show but the show recently ended on November 22. However, Shilpa left the show halfway and made headlines as she started feeling that she had nothing much to do on the show and according to her, Sunil Grover stole all the limelight in the show.

She will now be seen playing the lead role in the period drama Paurashpur. She will be seen playing the role of Meerawati, an old queen. You will get to see her in an extremely bold avatar. She will be seen as a woman with many shades, finding her way in a man’s world. She is seen wearing loads of jewellery and is dressed up like a queen. You should definitely look forward to Shilpa’s digital debut in Paurashpur. Shilpa is also seen supporting a lot of causes on her social media.
