Pavitra Rishta 2.0 premieres tomorrow, Ankita Lokhande ups her energy by dancing

Ankita Lokhande never shies of putting on her dancing shoes when called upon and is very passionate about it. With her elegant dance steps and sunny grin, Ankita Lokhande has taken it upon herself to brighten our day. Ankita shared a video on Instagram whirling away in a bright yellow saree in her vanity van. While performing on Shreya Ghoshal’s song Silsila ye Chaahat Ka from the film Devdas, Ankita shows off her incredible dancing abilities.

The charm and happiness in her dancing is probably a result of her upcoming web series Pavitra Rishta 2.0 that is set to premiere on September 15. Ekta Kapoor’s Pavitra Rishta 2.0 opposite Shaheer Sheikh. Ankita will reprise her role as Archana from the original TV series, Shaheer Sheikh will take over Manav from Sushant Singh Rajput. The Web series will air on the OTT platform Zee 5.

The Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi actress also shared another video on her Instagram account, giving a sneak peek into her look – dressed in a patterned kurta with a white dupatta- from the new series. As Archana from Ekta Kapoor’s Pavitra Rishta 2.0, she talks about relationships – in marriage, not just with one’s spouse, but also with one’s family.

The actress rose to prominence from the show Pavitra Rishta. Ankita was praised for her portrayal of Archana. Fans adored her portrayal of a middle-class girl in a subtle way. The show lasted for five years. The actress was seen in a double part near the end of the film.
