Kangana Ranaut has been on a roll lately, whether it’s in her professional career or otherwise. The actress has been making headlines and how! Kangana also released the trailer for her upcoming film, Thalaivi which is a biopic of the late Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and Indian actress J Jayalalithaa. Recently, the actress also won her fourth National Award as the Best Actress for Manikarnika and Panga.

While talking about the statements she makes, Kangana said that she’s a light-hearted person and says whatever comes to her mind to ensure that there is a light-hearted interaction. She also added, “At times people take it very seriously” and that’s what leads to one issue after the other. Kangana also talks about how despite expressing her hurt over social media or otherwise, she still finds it pretty easy to interact with the same people in real life. She mentioned that people aren’t used to the kind of honesty she prefers which is why she gets, “extreme reactions” which takes her aback.

While talking about her upcoming film which is a biopic based on the real-life incidents in the life of the late Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and Indian actress J Jayalalithaa, a reporter asked whether she is also planning to join politics just like the character she plays. To this, Kangana said, “Politics se mera dur dur ka nata nahi hain”. She also added that she only talks about the things that bother her and she doesn’t intend to join politics.
