Chicken Burger
For all you chicken-burger lovers, this one is easy and tasty! Take a pan and add some chicken in it to fry it. Then let it cool, after which you need to shred it. Now take another pan and add some oil in it. Throw in some onions and ginger-garlic paste to the same. Now, put the chicken in along with chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, and garam masala and mix well. Add some boiled potato to the chicken mix and let it cool. Now take the chicken mix and mould it into cutlets. Fry them in oil for around 2 minutes. Put this chicken in between a bun and your burger is ready!
Coriander Pudina Juice
Coriander pudina juice is healthy and absolutely yummy. It is natural and also strengthens our immune system. To make this juice, take coriander, chilli, pudina, half a spoon of jeera, chilli powder, salt and water and put it in a blender. Blend them well so that they become a liquid. Make sure the consistency of the same is that of a juice. Now, strain the juice into a glass. And add some chaat masala or more salt if needed! Squeeze a certain amount of lime to give it the perfect taste.
Aloo Gobi Masala
Take cardamom, clove, and cinnamon along with cashews and onions and mix them well in a blender. Now, put oil on a pan. Add more chopped onions along with some ginger garlic paste. Throw in some cauliflower and potato in the pan and let it cook. Then, add some tomatoes and capsicum to the same. Once you’ve done that, add dhaniya powder along with some mustard powder and chilli powder. Put tbsp of garam masala. Now add one cup of milk to the same, along with some salt. To top it all off, add some coriander leaves and voila!
