Sidharth Malhotra played the character of Kargil war hero Captain Vikram Batra in his film’s last released film. The film also starred Kiara Advani. She played the role of Dimple Cheema, Batra’s lady love. The film received a great response from the audience and the actors are celebrating the success of the film. Sidharth Malhotra recently attended the 1st Himalayan Film Festival in Leh, Ladakh. The honorable minister of Information and Broadcasting Shri Anurag Thakur also attended the ceremony. Sidharth’s film also marked the opening film at the 1st Himalayan Film Festival in Leh, Ladakh.
Earlier today, Sidharth Malhotra took to his Instagram account and shared a series of pictures from the ceremony. While sharing the pictures, he wrote, “Inaugurated the 1st Himalayan Film Festival with ‘Shershaah’ today. It was an complete honour to have shared the stage with our honorable Union Minister for I&B, Mr.Anurag Thakur. Thank you for having us”.
Sidharth Malhotra dropped yet another series from his stay in Leh, Ladakh. In the pictures, he can be seen posing in beautiful lands. He opted for a piece of a greenish suit coat and sunglasses can be seen on his eyes. He captioned his post, “Thank you Leh for being a warm host yet again! Until we meet next time…”
Sidharth Malhotra’s rumored girlfriend and his co-star in the biopic film, Kiara Advani shared Sidharth Malhotra’s post on her story. While sharing the post she penned, “Physically in Mumbai but my heart is in Ladakh! Leh will always feel extra special as I gave my first ever shot for my very first film in the beautiful town, it’s such a proud moment seeing our film Shershaah being honoured at the first Himalayan Film Festival.”

The film was helmed by Vishnu Varashan. Apart from Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani the film also stars Shiv Panditt, Raj Arjun, Pranay Pachauri, Himanshu Ashok Malhotra, Nikitin Dheer, Anil Charanjeett, Sahil Vaid, Shataf Figar, and Pawan Chopra in pivotal roles.
