Sushant Singh Rajput Case: Rhea Doesn’t Share Good Bond With His Family

Since the death of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput, it is evident his family was not on good terms with his live-in girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty. Coming out in an exclusive interview with senior editor Rajdeep Sardesai, Chakraborty revealed more details of her own relations with Rajput’s father and sisters. On being asked what had happened on June 8, almost a week before Rajput’s death, she replied, “On June 2-3, Sushant started asking me to leave. I was also unwell, I was getting anxiety attacks.” On June 8, I had a therapy session, and I didn’t want to do it at my parents’ place because I didn’t want them to see me like this.”

“Sushant told me to leave before the therapy, I asked him to let me go after the session, but he insisted. His sister was coming over, he insisted that I leave before she arrives. I said I will leave only when his sister Meetu, who lives in Goregaon, arrives. But he kept pushing me to leave before she arrived. His family and I do not share a good bond but I understand what a family bond is like, and I wanted to come so he would be in good hands.” Chakraborty said. She added, “My relations with his family weren’t good. I had an incident with his sister Priyanka.”
