Bobby was okay with his failures and he continued that there is no guarantee that every film people do will be a hit.

Bobby Deol had talked about being replaced in Imtiaz Ali’s Jab We Met as Kareena Kapoor Khan insisted that her then-boyfriend, Shahid Kapoor should be playing the part instead. In his 2017 interview to a news portal, Bobby said he had found out that Kareena had signed on to the film, and had got Imtiaz to hire Shahid to play the main role. The Poster Boys actor was surprised by his decision and he mentioned that he had no hard feelings against the filmmaker. The one thing these 25 years have taught me is, to never give up; always bounce back and keep moving ahead! Looking forward to another 25 years with my colleagues at the movies with a promise to be worthy of all your love and support and to entertain you till my end credits roll out!”.
