Yaaradi Nee Mohini 5 February 2020 Preview: Vennila Or Neelambari – Who Will Get The Award

In the previous episode, Vennila and Muthurasan engage in a lovely procession of north Indian festivities. Right from celebrating Karva Chauth to playing dandiya with the rest, the family takes on interesting activities from Ashok and his family. Next day, Muthurasan and the others are asked to participate in the Pongal festivities of the village. They are basically told to be a part of the games and contests that will be taking place in the village. A tug of war match takes place between men and women. Aside from this, many more such games take place as the villagers celebrate Thaai masam’s commencement.

Tonight, the village’s head man announces that they would like to felicitate not just Neelambari but also Vennila. It is a prestigious felicitation for people who have contributed to the betterment of the village. Neelambari is furious at the thought of sharing the honour with Vennila. Hence, she intervenes and states that the honour cannot be shared and should be either given to her or Vennila. What will the villagers do? Will they respect Neelambari and give it to her or will they choose Vennila? Stay tuned!

If you are new to the series, here’s all you need to know about it. Muthurasan is a wealthy landowner whose stepmother, Neelambari, has killed his first wife Chithra. While Chithra is dead, her spirit continues to stay by Muthurasan’s side to protect him and the family from all the evils. Neelambari’s eyes are set on acquiring Muthurasan’s wealth. Hence, she tries to get him to marry her niece, Swetha, who casts a spell on Mutharasan to make him forget his love for Vennila. Eventually, Swetha’s plans fail and Muthurasan gets married to his cousin Vennila. But the spell is still in effect and he is not entirely convinced about Swetha being evil. So, on the first night after their marriage, he requests Vennila to give him some time, before they can take their relationship to the next level.
