25-Year-Old Actress Alleged For Abusing A Minor Domestic Help; Gets Arrested By Mumbai Police – REPORTS

While many Bollywood actors have been involved in legal problems, it has just come to light that a youthful female celebrity has found herself in the legal books. A 25-year-old actress was arrested by Mumbai police on December 12 for reportedly abusing her minor household staff. Last night, a major publication announced the news on its official Twitter account.

According to the tweet, the suspect hit the juvenile worker for failing to complete her work in a timely manner. “A Versova Police officer detained a 25-year-old actress for beating a young housekeeper over a job delay. The guilty allegedly beat up the victim with shoes, according to the accuser: Mumbai Police,” the bureau said.

According to accounts, the offender lives in Mumbai’s Versova district and professes to be an aspiring actress. The plaintiff apparently told authorities that the offender had previously attacked and tormented her because she had not completed her work adequately.

According to reports, the police have filed an FIR underneath the Indian Penal Code’s Sections 326 (assault), 354 (B) (attack or use of criminal force against a lady with the purpose to disrobe), and 504 (intentional insult), as well as the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO). This time, the actor supposedly abused her and then stripped her naked before taking images and videos of her. Following this, the child lodged a police case.

The 25-year-old lady allegedly beat the victim with a sandal, according to the victim. She was rushed to the hospital after suffering head injuries. After the minor’s sister inquired about the injuries, she confessed her predicament. The two sisters then went to the police station and made a report.

Furthermore, sources allege that the actress was conscious that the girl was a minor but continued to hire her as a household maid. The defendant has apparently been apprehended and will be held in detention until December 13 according to a law enforcement officer.
