Sugar-Free Sevaiyan
Heat some ghee and add some dry fruits to the same. Take another pan and add some seviyan and milk in it and let it cook. After that, add some sugar-free powder to it and continue cooking. Now take a bowl and add some wheat and water, mix them a little bit and add a little more milk. This helps in bringing in some consistency. Throw in some coconut milk to the same and garnish it with dry fruits when done. Your dish is ready!
Paneer Pakoda
Cut paneer into small pieces. Add some pudina chutney to the paneer and sandwich it between the capsicum. Leave it aside. To make the batter, take corn starch, baking soda, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, green chilli powder, lime juice and a little oil and mix them all. Add water to that and mix well again. Now, heat up some oil in which the paneer will be fried. Once the oil is hot, put the paneer that is sandwiched between capsicum and fry it in oil. To make the masala, mix chaat masala and red chilli powder and drizzle the pakodas with the masala. This dish is best served with some hot chai!
Jamoon Juice
Boil the Jamoon Fruit in water until the skin lightly starts to break off. Then, leave it aside to cool. Once cool, remove all the seeds but don’t throw away the skin of the fruit or the stock. Add the stock, along with the skin and pulp of the fruit into a mixer-grinder. To this, add a pinch of black salt, a little salt, stevia powder, and a pinch of cumin powder and blend well. Garnish with ice cubes and serve!
