ZEE5 Originals’ web series, MumBhai, is making a lot of noise on the internet. The trailer of the gripping series was unveiled on October 19. Ever since then, fans have been eagerly waiting to watch the show. The 3-minute long video hit 841K views in no time and is still counting. MumBhai, set in the 1980s’ and will depict what happened in the underbelly of Mumbai during that era. Apart from Angad Bedi, Sikander Kher and Sandeepa Dhar‘s sassy avatars, it was their dialogues in the trailer that stole the show. Here’s a quick peek into the best dialogues from MumBhai that will make you curious to watch the series.

1. Here, a voice in the backdrop introduces Bhaskar as a small-town boy from Mangalore, who worked at a hotel. He used to do the cleaning at the hotel and one fine day, he came down to Mumbai and became the city’s top encounter specialist who wants to dig out the dirt from within.
2. Angad as Bhaskar in the web series says that there’s a 100% strike rate in Mumbai. His mission is to set the city free from the murky businesses that take place in the interiors.
3. Sikandar Kher plays the role of a bossy don in MumBhai. Revealing details about his character, he says that the people of Mumbai call him the king of the city. He talks to Bhaskar and asks him to look after the gang of Pujari, rather than chasing him.
4. Bhaskar is sure that he doesn’t need to be a part of a movie, in fact, there will be a movie in his name. However, in a turn of events, he gets puzzled into his own mission. He wonders what has happened to him and how he got entangled in wrong situations, whilst cleaning up the dirt from Mumbai.
5. Sandeepa Dhar in MumBhai gives a stern warning to Bhaskar. She notifies him about his ugly whereabouts and asks him to make the payments on time. She tells him that if he doesn’t do it on time, she will reveal all his bad-deeds and open up about his habits in public.

Sharing the intriguing trailer of the show, the makers wrote, “Jab saamne power, paisa aur Mumbai ko rule karne ka mauka ho, toh iss picture ka hero kaun nahi banna chahega! Iss game ke rules the bade simple, jiski goli mein dum vo power mein aa gaya… Bhaskar ke 83 encounters ya Rama ka bhaigiri wala tashan. Kaun jeetne wala tha #MumBhai ka title?”. While Angad Bedi’s acting chops won a million hearts, Sikander Kher’s bossy avatar stole the show. By the looks of the trailer, it is sure that Sandeepa Dhar plays an important role in making Bhaskar learn a lesson. The way she clutches his cheeks is indeed exhilarating! MumBhai is all set to release on November 12, 2020.
