The Salman Khan-Aayush Sharma starrer Antim: The Final Truth is kicking off at the box office. In a recent interview, Salman Khan revealed about his intentions on making a spin off movie for his cop character in the near future

Salman Khan has a sizable fan base across the country, thanks to both his successful films and his distinctive and compassionate nature. The actor has recently been toasting the success of his film Antim: The Final Truth, which was released last week in theatres. In a recent interview with the press, the actor indicated that his character Rajveer may be the subject of a spin-off project.

Salman Khan had some interesting things to say regarding his role in the movie. He said that the Sikh officer might get his own film, which is one of the reasons why the character in this film has been kept relatively enigmatic. “We have considered that,” he responded when asked about the potential. There is already a background for Rajveer Singh (prequel), and a sequel is possible.

For the uninitiated, Salman can be seen in the film Antim as Rajveer Singh, a police officer. The protagonist was a good cop who was frequently at odds with a ruthless don in Pune. Mahesh Manjrekar directed the film, which also features Salman’s brother-in-law Aayush Sharma in a prominent role.

Despite the fact that Antim is a remake of the Marathi film Mulshi Pattern, it appears that the Bollywood adaptation will go its own road with this spin-off picture. After the release of the original Marathi film in 2018, there was no prequel or continuation, and this innovative Bollywood concept might work effectively with the viewers.

At the trailer presentation for Antim, Salman Khan and Mahesh Manjrekar also disclosed that the film was originally intended to give the public an insight into Rajveer’s life. The character had a love story at first, but Salman Khan believed that it would weaken the movie’s objective. According to a source, these love scenes included actor Pragya Jaiswal opposite Salman Khan. Pragya’s performance pleased both the superstar and Mahesh Manjrekar. The filmmakers, however, opted to cut these scenes out for the sake of the film’s overall success.
