The filmmaker is in the news for numerous reasons. Recently the director took to his Instagram handle and shared an amazing picture of his childhood. Where he along with his whole family was being clicked in the photograph and captioned the image by questioning his followers to recognize him. Few of his known faces were trying to recognize him through where he was. Some of them were Pulkit Samrat, Anup Soni, and Dia Mirza. Some of his fans were also seen commenting on the picture and trying to answer the question.

Anurag Kashyap started his career along with Ram Gopal Verma in the movie Satya as a co-writer. He made his directorial debut with the movie Paanch which was never released in the theater. Later, he rose to fame with the movie the Gang of Wasseypur in the year 2012 along with Manoj Bajpai, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, and Huma Qureshi. He has also directed some of the famous digital shows.

Anurag Kashyap has also appeared in films such as Black Friday, Luck By Chance, Dev.D, Soundtrack, Bhootnath Returns, Happy New Year, and many others.

Anurag Kashyap was previously married to film editor Aarti Bajaj, with whom he has a YouTuber daughter Aaliyah Kashyap. Later that year, in 2009, the couple split up. Later in life, he married Kalki Koechlin, whom he met while filming Dev.D. The couple divorced in 2015 in Bandra’s family court.

Talking about his upcoming projects, Anurag Kashyap just recently announced his next movie along with Kriti Sanon which will be produced by Nikhil Dwivedi. Anurag Kashyap will be working along with Taapsee in the movie Dobara.
