Bigg Boss 6 Fame Sapna Chaudhary In Legal Trouble; Lucknow Court Issues Arrest Warrant Against Dancer – Reason Inside

Sapna Chaudhary is a contestant in the 6th season of the television reality show Bigg Boss. On Wednesday, Lucknow court issued an arrest warrant against Big Boss fame and Haryanvi dancer Sapna Chaudhary for allegedly cancelling a program and not returning money to the ticket holders. Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Shantanu Tyago issued the warrant against Sapna and has asked the police to execute it by November 22, the next date for the hearing in the case.

The court is slated to frame charges in the case against the Bigg Boss fame for which the presence of the accused in the court is necessary. Sapna Chaudhary had earlier also moved the court to cancel the FIR against her but she had been denied the aid. The FIR against Sapna was registered at the Ashiyana police station on October 14, 2018, for her alleged failure to attend the dance show at Smriti Upwan in Lucknow on October 13 that year from 3 pm to 10 pm.

Along with the dancer, the FIR also names program organizers Junaid Ahmad, Naveen Sharma, Iwad Ali, Amit Pandey and Ratnakar Upadhyay. Looking back at the time the ticket for the following program was sold both online and offline at the cost of Rs. 300 per ticket. Multiple people somewhat thousand in count had come to watch the performance but when Sapna Chaudhary did not turn up till 10 pm at the location, the crowd present there started questioning about the same, and they were disheartened. Later, the money taken from the people was also not returned to them.

The reports of the death of the Haryanvi dancer Sapna Chaudhary were surfaced on social media recently. Twitteritis were sharing photos and dances of Sapna Chaudhary in September alleging her death in a road accident. Later, all those reports had proven to be not true and Sapna Chaudhary cleaned the dust on the false reports.
