Shraddha Kapoor was offered the role of Saina Nehwal in the player’s biopic. She was excited about this role and even started preparing for it. But at the same time, Remo D’Souza came with the movie Street Dancer 3D. The dates of these projects were clashing. She felt she couldn’t tell Remo no as he had allowed her to work in ABCD 2. So, she walked out of the biopic.
After Aashiqui 2, Shraddha started having pain which had no explanation. She went for numerous tests, and nothing came out of it. It was then diagnosed that her issue is anxiety. Shraddha didn’t know anything about anxiety disorders at the time, and neither did she accept that she had this issue. She felt she had no reason to feel anxious. So. It took her a lot of time to accept it and then deal with it.
To deal with her anxiety disorder, she has changed her diet, balancing between junk & healthy food. She dances her heart out to stay fit and release her energy physically. She also makes sure that she gets enough sleep.
