From Aamir Khan-Kareena Kapoor To Kartik Aaryan-Kriti Sanon, These On-Screen Pairs Will Reunite And Show Their Magic In 2022

In the world of entertainment, 2022 appears to be a year of a lot of nostalgia. Some of our favorite onscreen couples are set to reunite in 2022, after generating a lot of hype when they starred together in movies. Of course, when these popular couples reunite, there’s a lot of excitement and anticipation about how they’ll perform in their new roles. Find out which couple is making a comeback this year.

1. Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor

The actors previously appeared in 3 Idiots (2009), in which they played opposite one other, and later in Talaash, a psychological thriller. They’ll reunite for Advait Chandan’s Laal Singh Chadha, an official Hindi remake of Forrest Gump. Kareena takes on the role of Gump’s lover while Aamir plays the role of Forrest Gump.

2. Shah Rukh Khan – Deepika Padukone

Shah Rukh and Deepika  Padukone’s first co-star was Shah Rukh Khan in Om Shanti Om (2007), and the two went on to work together in two more films, Chennai Express (2013) and Happy New Year (2014). Their on-screen chemistry is a fan favorite, and they’re back again for Pathan, a highly anticipated action thriller that marks Khan’s comeback. It also stars John Abraham, who will rejoin Padukone following the success of Desi Boyz (2011).

3. Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon

Kriti Sanon and Kartik Aaryan, who were well-liked as a couple in Luka Chuppi, reunite in the Hindi remake of the Telugu film Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo (2019). Their chemistry was both electrifying and amusing. The stars were recently seen filming in Delhi for ‘Shehzaada’.

4. Akshay Kumar and Bhumi Pednekar

In the social drama Toilet: Ek Prem Katha (2017), Khiladi Kumar and Pednekar played husband and wife. After five years apart, they reconnect for Aanand L Rai’s forthcoming film Raksha Bandhan.

5. Tiger Shroff and Kriti Sanon

Tiger Shroff, Kriti Sanon’s first co-star from Heropanti (2014), is scheduled to reconnect with her. Their chemistry was praised in their first picture, so ‘Ganapath’, directed by Vikas Bahl, has a lot of people excited for their return on screen.
