Gattimela 5 January 2022 Written Update: Sridhar sees Vaidehi sneaking out of his house

In the previous episode of Gattimela, Suhasini vows to locate Vaidehi at the earliest. Amulya handles the arrangements for the New Year’s party. Later, Vaidehi sneaks into Vedanth’s house to meet Vaijayanti.

In the next episode of  Gattimela, a furious Suhasini questions the watchman about the recent visitors. Vaidehi gets scared when she senses Suhasini’s presence in the house. Meanwhile, Suhasini searches the house to locate Vaidehi. A scared Vaidehi hides behind the couch where Vaijayanti is taking a nap. Vaijayanti wakes up and questions Suhasini about whom she is searching for. When Suhasini leaves, Vaidehi runs away and while she is boarding the autorickshaw Sridhar sees her and is left shocked. Vaijayanti is surprised when Sridhar tells her about his suspicions regarding Vaidehi being alive.

Suhasini praises the New Year’s party decorations and is surprised when Vedanth reveals that it was done by Amulya. Vaidehi sees Suhasini and hides from her. Sridhar sees Vaidehi at the party and his belief that she is alive gets confirmed. Vaidehi worries about Sridhar noticing her and tries to hide from him so that he doesn’t reveal the truth to Suhasini. Vedanth and the others are surprised when Vikrant insists on cutting the cake and welcoming the new year before the clock strikes midnight. Vikrant and Sarthak feed cake to their respective wives. To hide their differences from everyone, Vedanth and Amulya feed the cake to each other.

Sarthak questions Vedanth if the problem between him and Amulya has been resolved. Vedanth notices Amulya sitting with Vikrant and Sarthak and enjoying her time. Vedanth states that he is aware that Amulya is putting up an act of being happy in front of everyone. When Sarthak states that Vedanth is reacting incorrectly and making a mistake by being angry at Amulya. On being asked by Vedanth, Sarthak tells Vedanth about the incident that took place and how Suhasini insulted Anjali for breaking a bowl and insulted Anjali’s family and how Amulya stopped Suhasini from hitting Anjali, and how Vedanth only saw half the story. When Vedanth refuses to believe Sarthak, the latter reveals that he learned the truth from Anjali. Meanwhile, Adya requests Amulya to resolve the differences between her and Vedanth. Later, Amulya decides to not let Suhasini ruin her relationship with Vedanth.
