Amulya from Gattimela and Anu from Jothe Jotheyali are poles apart and how! However, we do see that both the women are attractive and powerful in their own way with a heart of gold each. They have striking personalities that are easy to fall for and certainly the most difficult to forget. Apart from being an absolute treat to watch, here are some of the differences and similarities between the two of them that make them stand out in a crowd.

We initially see that Amulya helps Anu and Pushpa catch a thief who tries to steal from them. Anu thanks Amulya for helping her while she tells them that they should have handed over the thief to the police whereas Anu tells the thief that she will give her money that day but she must not steal again. In situations as such, we see Amulya taking her original form as ‘rowdy naagini’ as she is referred to by all her loved ones while Anu is extremely soft and timid. She would rather let something go than fix it according to satisfaction which is what Amulya does.

Both of these women have strong values and beliefs. While Amulya will voice out her opinions in a literal sense, Anu wishes to express her beliefs through her professional ideas and actions. Anu also does not indulge in any sort of argument. When Raghupathi questions Amulya and Adithi, they begin to argue with him so that he does not say anything else. However, we see Anu telling Amulya not to say anything to him as he is a stubborn man who does not like staying in harmony with his neighbours.

They both have different approaches to life and we cannot wait to see how they deal with more complex situations that lie ahead!
