And on this special day, here are three sweet treats that you can make at home to make your lady love feel special.
Dry Fruit Pudding Cake
This is a pudding made of prunes and cherries. Add slices of bread in a bowl. Along with that, add some cherry water with some brandy. Let them all soak. Take two eggs in another bowl along with fresh cream and sugar and mix them all together. Add cherries and prunes to the same and add this to the bread bowl. Add dry fruits and cinnamon powder and mix them together again. Put this bowl in the microwave for five minutes. For the sauce, take cherry jam, the water from canned cherries and some fresh cherries. Add some corn starch. Heat them in a pan. Apply this on the pudding.
Waffles
Make sure you have a waffle maker. Switch it on to preheat. Now, take some eggs and beat them. Add some sugar and maida along with the baking powder and mix well. Now add some melted butter. Add nuts according to your preference. Your batter is ready. Put the mix in the waffle maker and your waffles are ready!
Hot Mango Pudding
Cut mangoes into small pieces. Take the egg yolk in a bowl and add sugar and fresh cream to the same. Mix them all together. Boil this mixture on the gas. Add some mango puree to the same and mix it. Now strain the same. Add this liquid to the mango pieces and add some brown sugar. Now, put the same in the oven for 15 minutes. Your dish is ready!
