This ZEE TV’s singing reality TV show continued to spread the magic of singing amongst the die-hard music-lovers. Here’s what happened in its latest episodes.

In the previous episode of Indian Pro Music League, Delhi Jammers and Bengal tigers gave a cut-throat competition to each other. By the end of Saturday’s episode, the scores of both teams were levelled at 24. However, Sunday’s episode of Indian Pro Music League brought amazing twists and never-seen-before performances that were sure to stun the viewers. This Zee TV’s singing reality TV show continued to spread the magic of singing amongst the die-hard music-lovers. Here, we have curated a few reasons why you must watch the latest episode of the Indian Pro Music League.

Saturday’s episode of IPML started with Bhojpuri superstar, Manoj Tiwari gracing the show. The third league match of the fourth innings was played between Bengal Tigers and Delhi Jammers. In the first round, Shadab Sabri from Delhi performed on Tere Mast Mast Nain from Dabangg. While judges loved his performance, Manoj Tiwari was mesmerised towards the end and dedicated a couple of Bhojpuri lines to him. Next in line was Aakriti Kakkar from Bengal Tigers who sung Tum Saath Ho from Tamaasha. It was a beautiful performance and judges were super impressed with that.

In round two, when contestants were asked to sing devotional songs, Bengal Tigers’ Rituraj Mohanty and captain Shaan sang Noor e Khuda from My Name Is Khan. They impressed the judges with their powerful performance and received a super sixer for it. Ankush Bharadwaj from Delhi Jammers then performed on Mujhe Yuhi Karke from Patiala House. His soulful performance left everyone teary-eyed and he received a super sixer for his performance as well.

The third round saw Nikhita being pitted against stage queen Neha Bhasin. While Nikhita impressed the judging panel with a hit pop number like Burj Khalifa. On the other hand, Neha Bhasin put a mellow performance Nayi Jaana, which was very close to her heart. Soon after, guest Manoj Tiwari adds some Bihari Tadka in the episode. Every participant including all the judges were seen grooving on his hit song Rinikiya Ke Papa.

The fourth round of the episode saw a unique collaboration of nostalgic Bollywood songs in a Pop rendition that made everyone groove. For the round, Composer Sajid Khan challenged Shaan to entice audiences in a manner that was never seen before. From Ab Mujhe Raat Din to Kudi Naal Ishq Mitta, the teams performed on various numbers with new beats and tonality.

Last but not the least, the face-off performance was a big takeaway of the night as it blew away the minds of all the viewers.  Ankush and Ruturaj took the energy to a whole new level altogether. Fans know that both the singers have completely distinct vocal range. While one is mellow and pop, the other is bent more towards the classical genre. When both the contestants came face to face each other, it was a sight to behold. Towards the end of the fifth round, the scores were divided between both the teams and the verdict was a tie. Both the team managed to score 110 points each.
