Jothe Jotheyali 22 July 2021 Written Update: Anu and Aryavardhan’s engagement ceremony

In the previous episode of Jothe Jotheyali, Aryavardhan gets emotional on being reunited with Priya after 36 years and thanks Anu for bringing Priya back into his life. Sharada Devi asks Priya to participate in Aryavardhan’s engagement rituals.

In the next episode of Jothe Jotheyali, Anu and Aryavardhan’s families exchange the ‘thambula’. Priya apologises to everyone for causing a commotion due to her presence. Prabhu Desai tells everyone that he is not angry about Priya having kept him in the dark but is upset that she kept her pain hidden from him. He thanks Meera for inviting him to the ceremony. Prabhu Desai’s words about Priya delights Aryavardhan.

Meera presents the engagement ring and tells everyone how Anu got upset while giving her ring to Meera. Sharada Devi presents a ring, which reminds Aryavardhan of his first marriage, and asks Aryavardhan to use the same as the engagement ring. Aryavardhan is delighted when Anu tells him that she wishes to marry him in every life. Furthermore, Anu is shocked on seeing the engagement ring and faints when Aryavardhan puts it on her finger.

Anu regains consciousness and removes her ring and her words surprise everyone. He then puts the ring, which he had initially chosen, on Anu’s finger. After exchanging rings, Anu and Aryavardhan seek the elder’s blessings. Priya gets emotional when Anu and Aryavardhan seek her blessing. Sharada Devi insists that the groom’s family look after the wedding preparations. Aryavardhan’s words surprise Subbu and Pushpa. Later, Anu and Aryavardhan bid adieu to Prabhu Desai and Priya.
