Kumbh Mela 2021: 14 TV Characters Who Should Visit The Festival This Year To Wash Away Their Sins

The Kumbh Mela is a great opportunity to repent for your sins, wash them away and ask for forgiveness. And we surely do have a lot of sinners in our Zee family that need to visit the Kumbh soon. Whether it’s for killing someone, trying to kill someone, ruining someone’s marriage, or trying to take away someone’s beloved, a lot of these characters should consider washing away their sins. Here’s a list of characters that we think should definitely visit the Kumbh Mela this year. Oh, and it has already started and will go on till April 30.

Ammaji (Hamariwali Good News)

Although she is helped by Alok and Preeti at times, Ammaji is still one of the worst characters of Hamariwali Good News. She should definitely visit the Kumbh to wash away her sins of trying to separate Renuka (Juhi Parmar) and Mukund (Shakti Anand), kidnapping Renuka’s newborn, trying to get rid of Navya, and more.

Aliya and Tanu (Kumkum Bhagya)

Kumkum Bhagya is filled with people trying to ruin Pragya (Sriti Jha) and Abhi’s (Shabir Ahluwalia) life, but nobody could compete with Aliya (Reyhna Pandit) and Tanu (Leena Jumani). Aliya is Abhi’s own sister and she still hit him when she knew his mental condition is not well, and don’t even get us started on how many times she’s tried to separate Pragya and Abhi. Tanu isn’t any less either. She claims to love Abhi but doesn’t do anything for him. Instead, all she tries to do is create problems for Pragya.

Rhea (Kumkum Bhagya)

While Aliya is the rotten seed of the older generation, in the younger generation of Kumkum Bhagya, we have Rhea (Pooja Banerjee). She’s as selfish as Aliya if not more. She even got a sex tape made of her own sister, just so that she could get Ranbir (Krishna Kaul) all to himself.

Jai Singh (Apna Time Bhi Aayega)

We would’ve definitely included Rani Sa in this list, but she’s already in jail repenting for her mistakes. The next person from Apna Time Bhi Aayega who needs to wash away their sins is Jai Singh. He’s always been a selfish, cunning man. Earlier we saw him force himself on Rani (Megha Ray) and now he has kidnapped her and is torturing her as part of his devious plan, not to forget how he asked the maid to steal money for him.

Prithvi, Sherlyn and Mahira (Kundali Bhagya)

What more can be said about this evil trio from Kundali Bhagya which hasn’t been said already? From killing people off to trying to kill Mahesh, ruining marriages and plotting their way through the Luthra house for some big revenge plan. This trio has managed to cross all limits of evilness and definitely needs to repent for their sins ASAP!

Pappu and Chanda (Teri Meri Ikk Jindri)

If we thought Pappu was evil, his sister is an exact copy of him, maybe even worse. This evil duo from Teri Meri Ikk Jindri has gone to unimaginable lengths to ruin Mahi’s (Amandeep Sidhu) life. From creating a fake tape to kidnapping her and now publicly humiliating her, Pappu and Chanda surely have a lot to repent for.

Atharva and Avni (Tujhse Hai Raabta)

Atharva and Avni from Tujhse Hai Raabta is another such duo that can’t be underestimated. They’ve killed people who came in their way, they’ve blamed innocent people for heinous crimes, and more. Their endless list of crimes definitely earns them a spot on this list.

Samaira (Kyun Rishton Mein Katti Batti)

While killing people or kidnapping them is an obvious sin, so is ruining someone’s life. And Samaira (Sapna Thakur) from Kyun Rishton Mein Katti Batti aces in the latter. She has singlehandedly ruined Shubhra, Rishi and Roli’s life and continues to do so every day. She not only needs to visit the Kumbh but also leave the Chaddha’s for good.

Alekh (Qurbaan Hua)

Alekh from Qurbaan Hua is the biggest reason for everything that goes wrong in this show. Right from Saraswati’s death to blaming Dr Baig and now manipulating everyone for his own advantage, Alekh has never failed to surpass his evilness, every step of the way. Although we doubt even Kumbh could wash away his sins, it could definitely be a start.
