Kumkum Bhagya 21 February 2024 Written Update: Purvi lies to the Tandons.

In the of previous episode Kumkum Bhagya, Rajvansh drops Purvi outside her parental home and refuses to join her for the ‘pagphera’. He justifies his actions and tells Purvi that he has been wronged. Purvi starts crying as they part ways and Rajvansh begins to feel guilty. Away, Monisha worries about Rajvansh as he fails to return on time after dropping Purvi and Deepika discourages Monisha from contacting Rajvansh. The ladies from Purvi’s neighbourhood raise questions about Purvi’s marital life and call her an abandoned bride. Prachi tries to justify Rajvansh’s absence and Khushi feels offended about the comments passed by the women. In the interim, Monisha plans a surprise party for Rajvansh in a bid to celebrate Purvi’s departure. Khushi walks up to Purvi as Purvi keeps the Tandons in the dark about her plight. Khushi starts crying and blames herself for Purvi’s twisted fate.

In the next episode of Kumkum Bhagya, Harman returns home and learns from Harleen about the grand celebration at the Malhotra Mansion over Purvi’s departure. Damini and Harleen justify the grand party, and praise Monisha for her resilience over Rajvansh’s chaotic marriage. Rajvansh returns home late and Monisha greets him with an embrace, Rajvansh expresses his remorse about the party and Monisha questions him about his guilt. She also asks him if he is still hung up on Khushi. At the same time, the Tandons worriedly discuss Purvi’s silence and worry about her as she confines herself in her bedroom. Khushi discourages the Tandons from forcing their way into Purvi’s room. Just then, Purvi walks out of the room. The Tandons share their suspicions with her and ask her to confide in them about her problems. Purvi lies to the Tandons about Rajvansh’s absence and relieves the Tandons of their worries. However, Khushi senses Purvi’s lies and secretly asks Purvi about her troubles. Later, Purvi tells Khushi that the Malhotras put on an act till the wedding and changed overnight. Prachi catches Purvi off-guard and Vishakha downplays Purvi’s worries in a bid to comfort Prachi as well as Manpreet.
