Mithai: What will Mithai’s probable comeback to the Modak household result in?

Zee Bangla’s popular serial Mithai stars Soumitrisha Kundu as Mithai and Adrit Roy as Siddhartha Modak in lead roles. In the recent episodes, Mithai decides to leave the Modak household in order to let Siddhartha live in peace and makes an excuse of seeing her mother in the village. But when Ratul’s mother Sushmita arrives at the Modak house and gets to know that Mithai is not in the house, she insists that without Mithai the rituals for Ratul and Nipa’s wedding will not proceed. Now that Mithai might come back to Monohora for Nipa and Ratul’s wedding, here is what might happen in the show.

Samaresh might insult Mithai and Siddheshwar 

Samaresh has always been a vocal critic of Mithai and her position in the Modak household. When Siddhartha expresses his anger in front of this family about Mithai’s behaviour at the hotel, Samaresh immediately suggests that Siddhartha should divorce Mithai. If Mithai comes back to the house, Samaresh might insult her and claim that she is back to get a hold of the wealth of Siddheshwar Modak. He might also insult Siddheshwar for supporting and bringing back Mithai as he always has.

Samaresh might threaten to throw her out of the house

Samaresh always wanted to separate Mithai from the Modak family. If she comes back and makes any mistake, he might just leap at it and try to throw her out of the house. He has tried to do so in the past also and we have no reason to think that he has changed at all.

Siddhartha might stand up for Mithai 

Although Siddhartha was the reason why Mithai left the house in the first place, he has always surprised us with his acts of kindness. He might again stand up against Samaresh and take Mithai’s side. As Sushmita has clearly stated that Ratul and Nipa’s wedding cannot happen without Mithai, Siddhartha might try to stop Samaresh as Mithai’s absence will lead to Nipa’s wedding rituals being hampered. We really hope we get to see the gentle side of Siddhartha again.

Mithai might prove her concern for the Modak family

With Nipa’s wedding dependent on her, Mithai has a golden opportunity to prove her worth to Samaresh and others who doubt her competence. She will have to take care of a lot of things at the wedding and she will also have many responsibilities to fulfill. Seeing her dedication and love for the family, Samaresh might change his mind about her or at least start seeing the good side of hers during the wedding. We hope she succeeds in proving her worth in the coming days to her father-in-law.

Torsha might try to demean Mithai 

Torsha has never missed an opportunity to demean and disrespect Mithai for her lower financial status and lack of academic education. Torsha is a very evil-minded person who can go to any lengths in order to be a part of Siddhartha’s life. It is possible that she puts Mithai in a difficult spot in order to show Sushmita that she is not as good as she is regarded. However, we have full faith in Sushmita’s intelligence and Mithai’s competence; so we definitely think that Torsha cannot create any harm in the watchful eyes of the Modak family.
