1. Prithviraj Sukumaran
Prithviraj Sukumaran had recently blown the minds of his fans with his deadlift video. He managed to do a deadlift with a barbell that weighed over 140 kgs and went for 3 reps and 6 sets. He also motivated his fans to work hard if they wanted to be fitter.

2. Tovino Thomas
The Kalki actor shared a picture with his father and called him his biggest motivator. He wrote, “The extra muscle on his left upper chest is a pacemaker fixed in 2016, but since then he has been into fitness more than ever!” Tovino flaunted his biceps along with his father. He also shared a picture with Prithviraj Sukumaran, wherein the two flaunted their biceps.

3. Siju Wilson
Siju Wilson of Innumuthal fame was seen doing a plank with weights on his back. He asked his trainer to load more weights to push his limits and asked his fans to try the same.
