Pippa: Ishaan Khatter Extends Wishes On Vijay Diwas; Shares Release Date Of Film – Deets Inside

Ishaan Khatter is all set to impress the audience with his performance in the upcoming film Pippa. December 16 marks as the Vijay Diwas and on the same day the actor has shared the date of release of his upcoming film Pippa. Taking to his social media account the actor has wished the fans on the Vijay Diwas and grabbed the opportunity to announce the release date.

Sharing the wish and date of release on his Instagram account, Ishaan Khatter wrote in his first post that reads as on the 50th anniversary of Vijay Diwas, they salute the bravery of the Indian soldiers who fought to liberate Bangladesh in 1971. Further, he also wrote Pippa is releasing in cinemas on December 9, 2022.

In another post, Ishaan penned a long note that starts with blood sweat, and tears. He added that in the middle of the shoot and it is already one of Ishaan’s best filming experiences so far. He also mentioned that they are putting in the work to bring an honest, visceral, and authentic story of bravado and sacrifice, but also comradeship and brotherhood to the big screens for the audience. The actor also penned that lest he forgets the story of an army family navigating a war. In the end, Ishaan Khatter asked to mark the date as December 9, 2022.

Speaking more about the film, it is an adaptation of the book The Burning Chaffees, written by Brigadier Balram Singh Mehta. While the film is produced by Ronnie Screwvala and Siddharth Roy Kapur it is directed by Raja Krishna Menon. The film also stars Priyanshu Painyuli and Soni Razdan.
