Rajkummar Rao And Patralekha Wedding: Here’s Why Ekta Kapoor Could Not Attend The Event; Reason Will Shock You

Actors Rajkummar Rao and Patralekha tied the knot on November 15, in Chandigarh. They got married after dating each other for 11 years. Since yesterday, many stars have been showering blessing and love for the couple. Similarly, Ekta Kapoor who has produced Rajkummar Rao in his film Judgemental Hai Kya 2019 was not able to attend their wedding. Recently, Ekta Kapoor has received her Padma Shri Award, she was suffering from stomach related problem due to which she was not able to travel from Mumbai to Chandigarh.

Ekta flew to Delhi and returned a day later after receiving her award. She took her hand on her IG handle post the picture of Rajkummar Rao and Patralekha and penned it down by apologizing and wishing them both their great life. She revealed that due to her stomach issues she could not travel and be where Raj and Patralekhaa tied the knot “@ but ptraaa and raaaj u both make me believe in love! I cannot tell u both how happy I am! I rarely see love like u both have! When raj talks about Parra it makes me believe that love n happiness n caring are not transient! Best wishes u both,’ she wrote in the caption box.

Taking his IG handle, Raj penned down saying that finally after 11 years of love, romance friendship, and fun he got married to his everything. He also called Patralekhaa his soulmate, his best friend, his family. He had said that there is no great happiness for him than being called her husband. 

Patralekha also shared a picture from the wedding penned the caption by saying that she got married to her everything, her boyfriend, her partner in crime, her soulmate, her family… Her best friend for the last 11 years! She also said that there is no greater feeling than to be his wife for the actress. Rajkummar Rao and Patralekha exchanged rings on Saturday at The Oberoi Sukhvilas Spa Resort, Chandigarh. The duo has been in a relationship for a very long time. The couple wore their outfit, designed by none other than Indian designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee.

Patralekha wore a traditional red color saree with a matching red veil that had ‘I surrender all my love to you’ written on it in Bengali, whereas, Rajkummar Rao wore an embroidered white jacket with silk kurta and a red turban. The wedding outfit was quite classy and beautiful
