Rakhi Sawant Gets Emotional While Talking About The Current COVID-19 Situation In India

Rakhi Sawant has been constantly interacting with the paps every time she steps out of the house. The Bigg Boss 14 fame actress was recently spotted at a coffee shop as she interacted with the fans. The actor talked about the current situation of COVID-19 in India. She also got emotional talking about the kids who are affected by the coronavirus.

Rakhi talked about how ministers are ignorant towards every citizen who has lost their loved ones to COVID-19. Rakhi shared that she is disappointed with the officials and urged fans to think wisely before voting next time. Out of utter disbelief, she said, “Aaj mera dil ro raha hai (My heart cries at the situation we are facing today).” Rakhi questioned if the government is making any arrangements for the much-discussed COVID-19 third wave, especially when it is being stated that it would mostly affect children. The actor got emotional and asked what will the parents of kids of this country do when the third wave hits.

The actress talked about the shortage of vaccines, beds, and oxygen in hospitals. She also spoke about how the government and ministers are failing to handle the deadly situation. The actress also appreciated the healthcare staff and frontline workers who have been serving the people for more than a year.

She said, “Mantri log sirf apne aap ko safe karke baithe hain. Debate pe debate kar rahe hain. Humein tumhara debate nahi chahiye, humein tumahra bhashan nahi chahiye. Humein vaccine chahiye, humein bed chahiye aur humein oxygen chahiye. Kaam karo (The ministers have saved themselves on priority. They keep doing these debates. We don’t want debates or speeches. We need vaccines, beds and oxygen. We want them to work).”

During her interaction, Rakhi expressed that she would like to see Sonu Sood and Salman Khan as the Prime ministers of the country. “Main to kehti hoon Salman Khan aur Sonu Sood ko is desh ka Pradhan Mantri bana diya jaye, kyunki asli hero to woh hi hai. Sonu Sood sabse zyada kitna love karte hain apni country se apne logon se (I would say that Salman Khan and Sonu Sood should be made the Prime Minister of the country.
