In the previous episode of Sathya, Sadashivam apologises to Makkan when Sathya shows him the evidence. Sathya recalls her childhood memories when Prabu brings back her father’s bike. Sathya shows the bike to Janaki.
In this episode of Sathya, Sathya takes Janaki on the bike to Sathya’s father’s grave. While at the grave, Janaki gets emotional. Janaki starts talking about Divya and soon Sathya recollects an incident from her childhood.
A little Sathya and Divya walk into a shop to buy a gift for Sathya’s friend. Divya likes a ring and asks for its price. She realises that she doesn’t have the money and asks Sathya to buy her the ring. Sathya refuses as she wants to buy a gift for her friend. When the saleswoman at the shop is not looking, Divya steals the ring. Sathya pays for a doll and walks out of the shop. Soon, the saleswoman stops both the girls and accuses them of stealing the ring. She ransacks Sathya’s bag and finds the ring in it. Sathya tries to explain herself but the shopkeeper refuses to belives her. Sathya’s father comes to Sathya’s rescue and pays for the room.
Once Sathya reaches home, she sits upset outside the house. On being questioned by her father, Sathya asserts that she wasn’t the one to steal the ring and that it was Divya who did it. Sathya’s father believes her, but makes Sathya promise that she will always be by Sathya’s side. After an emotional moment, Janaki and Sathya return home from the graveyard.
