Sushant Singh Rajput Death Case: Court De-freezes Bank Accounts Of Other Two Accused In Probe

Sushant Singh Rajput was a very talented actor, who left for his heavenly adobe in the year 2020. After his mystical death, Rhea Chakraborty was summoned in the death case. Due to which the actress’s bank accounts and electronic gadgets were frozen by the officials. After her plea was accepted, last year, the officials defrozed the bank accounts of Rhea Chakraborty.

Now, days after that, the court has de-frozed the bank accounts of the others accused in the same SSR case. As per the obtained information by the leading portal, the two accused, Jai Madhok and Zaid Vilatra applied to the court to de-freeze their bank accounts too, as many financial transactions are pending due to it.

According to the reports of the leading portal, Jai Madhok stated in his application that he was told by the bank that his transactions will be restricted. He also mentioned that the investigating officer had not informed a judge. Further, in his plea, Jai said that the Additional Sessions Judge D B Mane gave the order to de-freeze the account and stated that in absence of such a report, the said act of the investigating officer is said to be foul. The NCB (Narcotics Control Beaurea) resisted the plea saying that its inquiry is still on.

Rhea Chakraborty’s bank accounts were also seized by the NCB after the death of Sushant Singh Rajput. She applied to the court to de-freeze her bank accounts as her transactions were pending. The actress said that she kept her lifestyle and her brother with the money from the bank accounts. Freezing the accounts over the last 10 months has caused her discrimination.

The special NDPS court charged the conditions in the plea and said that Rhea Chakraborty had to give a written execution backed by testimony that when needed, during the judgment of the problem. The actress will make public the balance amount, as shown in her bank accounts.
