Sushant Singh Rajput’s Cousin Welcomes Supreme Court Verdict

Following the Supreme Court’s decision to transfer the case of Sushant Singh Rajput’s death to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), the Bollywood actor’s cousin and BJP MLA, Neeraj Kumar Singh Bablu has welcomed the judgment. A single-judge bench of Justice Hrishikesh Roy said that the Bihar government was competent to recommend transferring the case to the CBI today. It has now asked the Mumbai Police to hand over all the evidence collected so far in the case to the CBI.
Following the decision of the Supreme Court, Bablu said, “The judgment has brought respite to our family as well as the crores of fans whose feelings were hurt by the incident. We thank the Supreme Court of India and also the crores of fans as well as the organizations and the media who fought for this case. We’ve got new hope now, and we’re sure that the case will be brought to justice by the CBI. Sushant was found dead in his Mumbai apartment on June 14 and his death was ruled as suicide by the Mumbai Police.
