CGI’s and after-effects were limited to films in the old days. But now, the competition is such that every TV show maker wants to attract the maximum audience by bringing innovative ideas and imagination to life. Especially for the supernatural shows that include an extraterrestrial twist, having effects is a must. Talking about supernatural shows, Main Bhi Ardhangini is one of the popular Indian shows to have such effects. Today we would like to show some Before-and-After pictures of the show that will literally blow your mind.

The scene where Shalaka brings Mahamaya to the jungle and convinces her to be a part of the ritual to bring Vikrant back to life. On the left side you will see the real-life scenario whereas, on the right side, you will see the added effects.

There is a lot of misunderstanding about effects but, to be honest, not everything can be done with effects. There is a limitation to everything which is why the makers have to create properties that are going to be used in the show. For example the costumes, makeup, ornaments and even weapons used by the characters.

When Vikrant gets to know about Mohini and Adhiraj’s presence, he rewinds the time to see them. During this scene, we can see a blue-ish shiny circle in between Adhiraj-Mohini and Vikrant. Though it was a rewind, the actors were actually standing there during this scene.

Topi Danav tells Mohini and Adhiraj to go into the jungle to meet Lalten Singh Badshah to free Chunnu. As you can see the character of Lalten Singh is fully dressed up and even his weapon is made with details.

Adhiraj transforms into his half eagle avatar and asks Lalten Singh for help. In this scene, we can see that the actor is standing on a height to show as if he is lifted from the ground. Another important thing is that the actors have no idea about how the end result will look like but they have to imagine it and act accordingly.

Bhujang asks for help from the creatures of the forest. During this scene, we can see that the trees and other elements are real whereas the blue screen ads more depth to the forest.

Vikrant orders Mangu to find his daughter Peeku. Mangu meets Peeku and tells her that her father wants to introduce her to her new mother. Just like the previous image we can see Peeku and Mangu walking through the jungle.
