So if you are planning to stay in this Valentine’s Day and have a cute dinner date night with your significant other, we have a few delectable recipes you could opt for. 1. Valentine Mutton Fry
Heat up some refined oil and butter together. Add minced garlic, minced onions, boiled baby potatoes, raw tomatoes, salt for taste, turmeric powder, chopped spring onions and some minced ripe chillies into the mix. Add the mutton pieces and stir. Cover and cook till done. Add mutton stock water, spring onions, more salt and lemon juice and cook a little more and you are done!
2. Priyotoma Chicken
For this quick and easy V-day red-themed chicken dish, you will need to cook raw green chillies in oil first. Then add grated beetroot, ample chicken stock, ginger paste and garlic paste to it. After stirring the mix for a little while, add pre-boiled chicken leg pieces, salt to taste and raisin paste. Stir and cook for some time. Serve it with coriander leaves and sliced lemon garnishing!

3. Bhetkir Heart Cutlets
For those who have fish lovers as partners – this is for you. Marinate the heart-shaped Bhetki fillets in salt and lemon juice. Mix pastes of coriander leaves, mint leaves, parsley leaves, green chilli paste, garlic paste, ginger paste, fried spices, salt and eggs. Dip the marinated fillets in the mix, then coat them with the breadcrumbs and deep fry them. Serve with a side of salad and Kasundi!
4. Red Velvet Cake
Create a mixture of butter, refined oil, powdered sugar, condensed milk, red food colour, and vanilla essence. Then make another mixture of flour, edible soda, vinegar, milk and baking powder. Add it to the first batter and bake it in a cake mould on a butter paper. For topping it off with the icing, blend together some icing sugar, butter, cream cheese, and some vanilla essence. 5. Eggless Chocolate Cake
Looking for an eggless version of a chocolate cake? Create a batter of powdered chocolate biscuits, milk, baking soda, baking powder, powdered sugar, and choco chips. Glaze the insides of small steel bowls with ample butter and fill them up to half with the batter. Preheat a covered pot with salt at the bottom for 5 minutes and place a grill over it. Place the bowls on the stand and bake the cakes. Serve with your choice of glaze, toppings or icing!
