Aniket tries to convince Sagar to leave the party and reminds him that he wants to grow up but Sagar says that he is enjoying the party. When the cake arrives, Sagar insists that the birthday boy cut the cake. When the boy's father tries to brush Sagar away, he pushes the birthday boy's father. Aniket is shocked, and so is Vidya who has just arrived. When Vidya tries to reason with Sagar, he takes a knife and threatens everyone. The guests start saying that Sagar deserves to be in a mental asylum. Once they are out of the party, Sagar sees a cart carrying metal rods head towards Vidya, so he jumps to save her. Vidya thanks him for saving her but he snaps at her for ruining his plan to sit on the cart for a joyride! Bharat wonders why Sagar was lying about wanting to save Vidya. Meanwhile, Sindoora informs Mahua that Kartik has sent the divorce papers. Mahua refuses to believe it and says that Kartik can never divorce her. However, Sindoora asserts that they will meet Kartik only in court now because she does not want her sister to get more humiliated! Mahua is devastated. On the other hand, Vidya is worried about Sagar's condition, so Sindoora assures her that they will get him checked by a doctor. Sagar overhears and hides the tablets inside a vase. The next morning, Bharat forces Sagar to play a game with him. Sagar corners Bharat and starts hurling stones at Bharat and Samir, so Bharat yelps in pain. Sagar goes running to Bharat and apologises. Bharat then tells him that he is not hurt and was only pretending just the way he has been pretending all along to be insane!
