Manchitha is confused as to what to do with the huge aount of wealth that Phulan has handed over to him and while he is talking to his wife and daughter, Poonam's phone rings continuously although she time and again disconnects the call. She later goes to Priyom furious as he has been calling her continuously. She later pours her heart out in front of him as she goes on to explain to him the reason behind her decision to leave her college. Meanwhile, Mithilesh' wife, Maya is upset about her husband's behaviour and she tries to ignore him although he tries to get close to her, physically. Laakhan's mother, Rekha Devi meanwhile, in her greed for the wealth that Poonam's family has acquired, goes to buy a saree for Poonam and when Bhushan learns of this, he gets surprised. Later, Poonam gets shocked when Laakhan comes to her house with the college boys who had ragged her and he introduces them to her.
