Chimpoo finishes his homework and plays with Simpoo. Soon after, his mother asks him to the bank with him. Afterwards, two robbers come to rob the bank and the police come to save them. Further, the robbers escape and Chimpoo goes to the commissioner's house to find clues. Later, he follows the two goons Hakla and Bakla, and discovers that Jaggawar's wife is creating a robbery plan. Further, he follows some more clues that lead him to the letter written by Jaggawar and solves the mystery.
