While, Ammaji and the entire family is still believing that Ganga has stolen a gold chain from the house, Ganga walks into the house innocently. Ammaji stops her and gets her checked but does not find the gold chain. Just then, Niranjan arrives at the door and sensing tension, asks them what the matter is. He gets shocked when he learns about the allegations put on Ganga and he informs them all that she had gone to the Ghats to complete the last rituals of her father. Ammaji and others are embarrassed with their behaviour. Later, Sagar who is feeling extremely bad for Ganga, befriends her by offering her a lollipop. Later, Ammaji too has a change of heart when she sees innocent Ganga wearing a dirty saree and she gives her one of her old clean sarees to wear. Will Ganga manage to make a place for herself in the house?
