The King of Datia welcomes the royal members to the game and thanks Ladai Sarkar and Laxmibai for participating. Ladai Sarkar gets furious when the spectators assure Laxmibai that she will emerge victorious again. She vows to have the flag of Orchha fly high this time. The game begins and the two queens take a different route. During the course of the game, Laxmibai tries to broker peace but Ladai Sarkar vows not to befriend Laxmibai because the Nevalkar family had betrayed Orchha. Laxmibai tries to convince her to return Ghaus Khan but Ladai Sarkar asks her to return Jhansi to her! Laxmibai then tells her that it was a ploy by the British to annex not just Jhansi but Orchha as well. Meanwhile, Nelson bribes a man to lie to Raghunath that Queen Laxmibai was hurt and Ladai Sarkar had held her captive. Laxmibai pleads with Ladai Sarkar to unite with her and drive away the British but the latter vows never to give away her army, and also promises to take Jhansi back from Laxmibai. Furthermore, she warns Laxmibai of her impending death!
