Srikar’s mother is not in favour of their union, which creates a lot of hurdles for the couple. The couple tries many things to mollify the mother, many of them in vain. The show is able to consummately portray what a newlywed couple goes through, especially the bride when her in-laws are not in favour of them. Plot Of Mukkupudaka TV Show

Mukkupudaka – a Telugu drama TV show, covers the story of Srikar and Avani, a married couple and how they try to make their marriage work. The marriage of Srikar and Avani takes place but not under the most favourable of circumstances, as Srikar’s mother, Vedavathi, wanted Srikar to marry someone with whom Srikar’s horoscope matched. However, that is not the case with Avani, which earns Vedavathi’s disapproval. Avani is not found to be fit for another ceremony which also doesn’t do any good in placating Vedavathi. This makes it hard for Avani to make a place for herself in her marital home, despite her making efforts for it. So, will Avani find acceptance in her husband’s home? Or will she be neglected? Will her mother-in-law approve of Avani? Is there a hidden hand in this drama?
