Rani, Chandra, the villagers and a group of performers sing and dance in praise of Lord Raghubir. Later, Rakhal comes along with a mob, accusing Harekrishna of stealing a gold necklace from Rakhal’s shop. Rakhal does so to humiliate Harekrishna in front of his rich son-in-law. While Rani prays to Lord Raghubir to save her family from this humiliation, she notices a gold necklace around Lord Raghubir's neck which was not there earlier. Rani then understands that Rakhal is lying about Harekrishna.
