Chandra chides Rani for giving her jewellery box to Dugga. Rani cries and asks Chandra to beat her up. Chandra is pleased with Rani’s bravery and gets intimate with her. Keshto informs Mr Paddington, a magistrate, that Rani is supporting the villagers. Later, Pritram is shocked as Company has withdrawn his license to export indigo. Jugal orders Nayeb to go to Mokimpur and ask Chandra to return to the Marh house. The villagers request Rani and Chandra to attend the festival of ‘Nabanna Utsav’.
